Carolyn Simon brought a unique organic raw deli to Northville in ’08 and is dedicated to the promotion of healthy living and creating community, Carolyn has been working in restaurants for 35 years and has a great passion for food.

Having worked through her own allergies and health issues she discovered the positive impact of incorporating raw foods into her diet.

She hopes the Red Pepper Deli will help others to live healthier happier lives by bringing them organic nutritious and great tasting raw food to the community.
